By booking an appointment with Empire Aesthetics by Danniella, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked through our online booking system or directly with Empire Aesthetics.
A consultation may be required prior to treatment.
Treatment suitability will be assessed during your consultation and treatment may be declined if deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

Deposits

A non-refundable booking fee may be required to secure your appointment.
Booking fees are transferable if sufficient notice is provided in line with our cancellation policy.
Booking fees will be deducted from the cost of your treatment.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may result in the loss of your booking fee.
No-shows will result in the loss of any booking fee paid and may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and may lose their booking fee.
Appointment times cannot always be extended due to other client bookings.

Medical Information

Clients must provide accurate and complete medical history information.
It is the client's responsibility to inform Empire Aesthetics of any changes to their medical history, medications, pregnancy status or health conditions.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment suitability and outcomes.

Anti-Wrinkle Treatments

Anti-wrinkle treatments require a consultation and prescription from an independent prescriber before treatment can be carried out.
Treatment cannot be guaranteed if the prescriber determines it is not clinically appropriate.

Results

Individual results vary from person to person.
No treatment outcome can be guaranteed.
Additional treatments may be required to achieve or maintain desired results.

Aftercare

Clients must follow all aftercare advice provided.
Empire Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, refunds cannot be provided for treatments already carried out.
If concerns arise following treatment, clients should contact Empire Aesthetics as soon as possible so appropriate support can be provided.

Age Restrictions

All injectable treatments are strictly for clients aged 18 years and over.
Valid photographic identification may be requested.

Photography & Marketing

Clinical photographs may be taken for medical records and treatment monitoring.
Photographs will only be used for marketing purposes with the client's written consent.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Right to Refuse Treatment

Empire Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse treatment where it is considered unsafe, unsuitable, not in the client's best interests, or where abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour is displayed.
